DNCit.com provides Do Not Call list scrubbing, lead verification, and compliance-related tools ("Services"). These tools are intended to assist with regulatory compliance but do not guarantee legal compliance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful or abusive telemarketing activity.
  • Attempt to bypass DNC regulations or contact restricted consumers.
  • Reverse-engineer or misuse any data or API provided by the Service.

5. Data Accuracy

DNCit strives to provide accurate and current data, but makes no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

6. Fees and Payment

If applicable, all fees are billed according to your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, data, software, and trademarks within DNCit.com are owned by Caller ID Reputation, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Caller ID Reputation, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caller ID Reputation, Inc. from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including misuse or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
